1. A Harmonious Landscape Complementing Neoclassical Architecture
Neoclassical architecture is characterized by balanced lines, intricate details, and an elegant, luxurious appearance. Therefore, landscape design requires careful selection and arrangement to preserve the overall architectural identity.
At Cường House, greenery is thoughtfully arranged through a careful combination of plant forms, colors, and spatial proportions to create harmony between the architecture and its surrounding landscape. The green spaces not only soften the architectural lines but also create a relaxing atmosphere that brings people closer to nature.

2. Taiwan Juniper as a Highlight Around the Swimming Pool
One of the distinctive features of this project is the use of Taiwan Juniper trees around the swimming pool. With their elegant forms and characteristic green foliage, these trees create a striking landscape feature while enhancing the luxurious atmosphere of the outdoor space.
Selecting and arranging trees around a swimming pool requires more than aesthetic consideration. Factors such as tree size, planting distances, growing conditions, and harmony with the surrounding architecture must also be carefully evaluated. This is also a notable highlight of the Cường House landscape project, marking the first project in which BGD Landscape has incorporated Taiwan Juniper trees.

3. Bringing the Greenery of Water Jasmine to the 6th Floor
Beyond the garden and swimming pool areas, the landscape design at Cường House also extends to the 6th floor, featuring Water Jasmine trees (Wrightia religiosa).
This plant was selected for its distinctive form, lush green foliage, and ability to adapt to suitable growing conditions. The presence of Water Jasmine brings more life to the elevated space while creating a relaxing green retreat amidst the urban environment.
For elevated landscaping, construction requires careful attention to planter structure, waterproofing, drainage, load-bearing capacity, and maintenance conditions to ensure the trees grow and develop stably.

4. BGD Landscape – Creating Landscapes Through a Deep Understanding of Each Project
The Cường House project combines aesthetic vision with technical solutions across every landscape element. From selecting plant species and arranging greenery around the swimming pool to installing plants on upper floors, every detail is carefully considered based on the project's actual conditions.
For BGD Landscape, each project is more than simply introducing greenery into a space. It is a journey of finding the right solutions to connect architecture, nature, and the living experience.
